MAKE YOUR BED ROCK
Aug 18, 2010

If your girl isn't doing a lot in bed, don't write her off straight away; instead consider whether she is shy, nervous or inexperienced! In any case some gentle reassurance from you, should begin to build her confidence and soon she might be showing you a trick or two!
Begin by checking whether she is feeling comfortable both mentally and physically. What's going on in her life? Is she in the mood to have sex or does she have other issues playing on her mind? If the answer is yes to any of those questions, maybe it's not the right time for her to be in a sexual relationship and perhaps you should give her space!
Secondly are you in a comfortable place to have sex and does she look comfortable. A cramp or hard surface, such as the back of your car, isn't ideal. However, a warm, cosy and soft place such as a king size bed may suit the occasion better. It's important to make sure the mood is right. Dim lighting, music and scented candles are cheap and easy ways to achieve this. Little touches can go a long way to getting a woman in on the action. It also shows that you've put a little time and effort into the event.
Pay her compliments, tell her how sexy she looks or how good she smells! This is a great confident booster. If she feels good on the inside then this will be reflected on the outside. Women like to be paid compliments – but don't over do it.Tell her that being around her turns you on. If she believes that she has instant sex appeal – then she will be keen to satisfy your needs.
Tell her what you like, and how much you want her to make you feel good. Everyone likes a bit of direction once in a while, and she will appreciate your honestly – but be gentle. And remember suggestions can work better if incorporated with a compliment. For example I like the way your nibbling my earlobe, but can you be a bit more gentler.
Hopefully these tips will do the trick...
