Britain's very own export, Dizzee Rascal, picked up a BET award for best International act
The prestigious awards ceremony took place on Sunday 27th June and was hosted by Queen Latifah.
The rapper who recently performed at the Glastonbury Music Festival faced tough competition from the likes of Chipmunk, Estelle, Corinne Bailey Rae and Sade.
Also on the night, Chris Brown performed an emotional tribute to the late Michael Jackson. He performed his own melody of Jacksons hits including 'Man in the Mirror' and Billy Jean.' It was the first year of Jacksons death on Friday 25th June 2010.
Other winners included Nicki Minaj for best new artist, best female R&B artist went to Alicia Keys and Drake picked up an award for best Hip-Hop artist.
